Electricity prices are rising. With the implementation of solar panels, you can gain a return both environmentally and financially. Solar Panels can generate power and generate revenue. Solar Sky Ventures works with commercial building owners and property management companies to create rooftop solar solutions.
Solar Sky Ventures builds and operates solar power facilities. Solar Sky Ventures focuses on rooftop and groud mount solar projects from .25 kilowatts to 1 megawatt.
We are a full-service solar provider. Our team will take care of your project from start to finish. We focus on solar, so you can focus on your core business and collect a monthly check while being a green company.
Contact us and we can discuss how solar might be right for your business.
Just provide some preliminary information and our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Solar panels, also know as Photovoltaic (PV) solar systems, convert sunlight into electrical power. The power that is produced can be connected to a building’s standard electrical infrastructure or the utility grid.
Solar panels convert sunlight into direct current (DC) electricity. The electricity goes through the inverters and converts the DC power into alternating current (AC) power. If the power produced by the solar panel systems are not used by the commercial building, the power will then flow back into the utility grid through "net metering." The utility company will financially credit the producer of power that is provided to the grid.
Purchasing a solar system provides many benefits including:
A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) provides the host customer power at a discounted rate, with no capital requirement. A third party investor owns the PV system and takes all of the incentives associated with the project. PPAs provide the following benefits to customers:
Roof – A large rooftop with little or no obstructions that faces toward the south.
Solar Panels – When facing south toward the sun they generate direct current (DC) electricity.
Wiring – High voltage wires are used to transport the energy safely.
Inverter – Converts direct current (DC) electricity produced by solar panels into alternating current (AC) electricity.
Racking – Metal rooftop racking is used to mount and secure the solar panels to the rooftop.
Meter – Tracks the power produced in kWhrs and displays the PV system's electrical output.
Data Compiling System – Tracking the power consumption and monitors and displays the PV system's electrical performance.
Maintenance – PV systems have minimal maintenance, but must be checked to make sure output is optimal.
